Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox Live services are experiencing issues and some users cannot sign in. The Xbox status page and Microsoft’s Twitter handle have confirmed that issues are affecting core Xbox Live services on all platforms.

As per the reports from users, if you sign-in to your Xbox Live account, you will be greeted with error 0x87dd0006. Rebooting the device, or any other workarounds aren’t working for users.

“We’ve caught your reports of sign-in errors on Xbox One and have sent this over to our engineering teams. We will update everyone here when we have information to share. Thank you for reporting,” Microsoft confirmed the Xbox Live outage on Twitter.

“Xbox Live Login Error Code 0x87dd0006 on both Console and PC Companion and “Beta” apps,” a user confirmed the problem on Twitter. “Getting error “0x87DD0006″ when trying to launch Forza Horizon 4 on Windows 10, all live services are running and have tried restarting,” another Xbox user noted.

The status page doesn’t include any additional information on the problems, but it does confirm that some members may have problems signing in to Xbox Live on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows 10 and other devices.
