Microsoft in May has announced its Latest Operating System Windows 10 S with version Windows 10 Pro. The Latest Operating System was basically aimed at students and teachers who were allowed to download apps solely from Windows Store.

Yesterday at Ignite 2017, Microsoft announced that it is working on bringing new Windows 10 S PCs which will be basically aimed at Enterprise or Business customers which will be called as Windows 10 Enterprise in S mode. The new version of Windows 10 S will be made available in Spring 2018.

The Redmond Giant also confirmed that just like S users are able to upgrade to Pro, the Enterprise users with Windows 10 S will be able to upgrade to Enterprise. The company is currently focused mainly on Windows 10 S for educational customers and the new Operating System will only be made available in Spring.

The Windows 10 S is not a new OS but an upgraded version of Windows 10 Pro were apps can only be installed from the Windows Store. The Redmond Giant also said that Windows 10 S Enterprise PCs will be shipping from OEM partners Lenovo, HP, Fujitsu and more later this year.
