A couple of weeks ago, Microsoft had released Insider preview Build 16257 for Insiders in fast ring for Windows 10 PC and Tablets. Since then Microsoft has been caught in a bug that is causing the delay of the next Insider preview build. We had today reported that Microsoft may announce a new build tomorrow both for PCs and Windows 10 Mobile.
Microsoft has today released the Windows 10 SDK preview build 16267 which is yet to come out for Insiders. Along with this SDK preview, Microsoft has also released the Emulator for Windows 10 Mobile Build 15240. While there is no official blog post announcement for it, therefore we currently don’t know the change log for this update.
You can install this SDK preview on the current build 16257 but you will not be able to test apps targeted for Windows 10 Build 16267. Until Microsoft releases a new Windows 10 Insider build you can continue to develop apps for build 16257. We will let you know the changelog once Microsoft reveals it.
You can download the Insider preview SDK from the official website here. If you want to download the Emulator for Windows 10 mobile there is an option for downloading it separately in the above link.
