Microsoft earlier announced a new redesigned Mixer app for both iOS and Android. The company had released the app in beta on both Android and iOS available since October. Today the company confirms that the redesigned Mixer app is now out of beta and is available for all Android users starting today and is expected to be made available for iOS users in coming days.

The app now has a new code base which lets Microsoft to push out faster updates with offering a consistent experience across all devices. The app also comes with improvements in discovering content through its trending tab, personalisation options and push notifications. You will be able to see more top games and the latest trending broadcasts below the carousel.

Users will also be able to tap on thumbnail to gain preview of the content. A new Following section has also been added and users will now be able to manage their settings directly by going to the Profile section of the application. The new app is available for download in the Google Play Store starting today and will be made available for iOS users in coming days.
