Microsoft couple of months ago announced that is planning to deliver the Guest Access feature to its Teams app earlier this year. The company is currently facing issues with the feature which remains the top priority for Redmond Giant.
Guest Access is the most anticipated and requested feature by the users on Microsoft Teams which gives users the option to use Teams app to communicate with people outside the organization.
Currently the company is testing this feature internally with a small group of testers as the feature is not ready for a public release. The company is currently experiencing worst bug with the Teams app that if clicked on Microsoft username would make it easy for guest to browse the company’s internal org charts and message to anyone which include the CEO.
Microsoft has currently fixed that bug is testing the app for stability by testing the app internally. The company is expected to announce the Guest Access feature at its Ignite conference for business leaders.
