Last week, Microsoft has released a new update to Windows Insiders on Windows 10 PCs and Windows 10 Mobile Devices. Windows 10 Build 15055 comes with several improvements and fixes but there is a major bug. The new bug might be really annoying for some users.

When you will try to update apps on Windows 10 Build 15055, you will receive a error 0x80070002. It seems to be a server side problem and Microsoft is apparently working on a fix. You will be not able to update Windows Store, Feedback and few other system apps. Although, there is a easy workaround (works for some), all you need to do is reset the the app by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Store > Advanced Options and click on the reset button.

However, you cannot fix this bug on Windows 10 Mobile as there is no feature to reset apps on phones yet. Microsoft’s Dona Sarkar has confirmed on Twitter that they are working on a fix and the next build would fix the bug. Microsoft is expected to release a new preview build this week with bug fixes and improvements.

Have you installed Windows 10 Build 15055?
