Today, Microsoft is rolling out yet another cumulative update to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update devices. Direct download links for Windows 10 KB4073291 is also available for general public. One of the biggest changes introduced with the yesterday’s cumulative update was the fix for AMD PCs that were in an unbootable state after installing the security updates. Microsoft says that the update provides additional protections for Windows 10 32-bit operating system devices which were patched earlier this month. After updating your system, the OS version will change to Build 16299.201.
As we noted above, Microsoft is not making any other change to the operating system with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. You can update your system by navigating to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates.
