Today, Microsoft is rolling out yet another cumulative update to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update devices. Direct download links for Windows 10 KB4073291 is also available for general public. As we have explained in our previous articles, Windows 10 KB4073291 offline installer allows you to upgrade multiple PCs without having an active internet connection.

One of the biggest changes introduced with the yesterday’s cumulative update was the fix for AMD PCs that were in an unbootable state after installing the security updates. For those who don’t know, the botched Meltdown and Spectre patches released in early January were causing random reboots and BSODs on AMD PCs.

Today’s update i.e Windows 10 Build 16299.201 comes with no major changes, improvements or minor features. It’s worth noting that the update is only available for machines with the 32-bit operating system. Below you can find links to the offline installer from Microsoft’s Update Catalog.

As we noted above, Microsoft is not making any other change to the operating system with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. You can update your system by navigating to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates.
