Direct Download links for KB4057144 is now available for PCs and Laptops with Windows 10 version 1703, publicly known as Creators Update. Microsoft has also published the KB4057144 offline installer on their Update Catalog, allowing users with multiple PCs to download the cumulative release once and update all the systems with the same package.

Microsoft is also rolling out the update (Windows 10 Build 15063.877) to the general users over-the-air. While the previous cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1703 was focused on Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities, this one fixes general bugs and improves the overall user experience.

The latest cumulative update fixes a bug with printing PDFs in Microsoft Edge browser. The company is finally addressing backwards compatibility issues in Microsoft User Experience Virtualization (UE-V). Microsoft explains that the bug results in deployment issues with Windows 10 Administrative Templates.

Microsoft is also fixing an issue where the control list is handled incorrectly because of a bug in App-V package folder. The update also addresses an issue where the Smart Card for Windows service won’t change from Disabled to Manual/Automatic.

Microsoft has also fixed an issue where some Microsoft-signed ActiveX controls won’t work with Windows Defender Application Control (Device Guard).

The software giant is making some changes to Windows Defender Application Control and Windows Defender Device Guard, the security system will not block certain applications and games from running while performing the Audit. Windows Lock Screen is also getting a minor update, Microsoft is fixing a bug that causes the Toast notifications to appear on the lock screen.

Last but not the least, the company has finally fixed the BSOD issues on devices powered by AMD. You can always update your system by navigating to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates.
