Microsoft yesterday pushed out a new update for its Skype App for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been bumped to new version 11.16.556.0. The update comes with some minor new additions to the application on both Windows 10 PC and Mobile.

With the latest update the Skype team has made some changes to the Message Section UI. The Messages within the conversation are now separated by “Date”. Earlier all the messages were displayed with users unable to find when the particular message was sent.

Apart from adding the Date option the Skype Team has now introduced a new “Windows Default” option in the theme sections, were earlier users were able to see only Light and Dark Theme options.

The latest update to the Skype app is currently live and you can get it by clicking the below link. Do make a note that the latest update is only available for Insiders on Fast Ring Redstone 3.
