Microsoft released today KB4015217 – a cumulative update for Windows 10 PC and Mobile running the Anniversary Update or version 1607. It includes fixes to Camera app, display and Screen Saver, VPN, CMD, Group policy, CredentialGuard-enabled computers, CPU usage on IP forwarding, and more. It also includes improvements on Host Network Service, reliability on Load Balancing/Failover (LBFO). The update also includes security updates ti Scripting Engine, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Windows Kernel Mode drivers, Windows OLE, and more. The build bumped to 14393.1066 for Windows 10 Mobile and 14393.1083 for Windows 10 PC. Head to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update (PC) or Settings > Update & Security > Phone Update to grab the update.

For PC, if you are having difficulty downloading the update through Windows Update or stuck in a certain percentage. In case you want to manually download the update, the direct links are provided below. Downloading the file manually is also useful for those who have multiple Windows 10 PC devices and have limited bandwidth.

The size of 32-bit and 64-bit versions are 572.5MB (up by 6MB from previous build) and 1.07GB (up by around 10MB from previous build) respectively. Note that these updates are cumulative. Therefore, the packages contain all previously released fixes.
