Windows Update

Microsoft has just started rolling out Windows 10 19H2 preview builds to a small subset of seekers in Release Preview Ring, which means that beta testers need to manually check for updates to get it.

Build 18363.327 is part of Windows 10 version 1909 update and it currently comes without new features. Microsoft is currently following a new approach where it plans to enable new features for select users before expanding to everyone.

Microsoft says it is flighting Build 18363.327 to a subset of Release Preview Insiders today and the firm is also testing the throttled delivery system that it intends to use for Windows 10 version 1909 later this year.

“We have been testing 19H2 with Insiders in the Slow ring using the same baseline build number as the May 2019 Update but with an increased revision number like we normally use to show a build has been serviced with a Cumulative Update,” the company stated.

Windows 10 19H2 or version 1903 is a little bit more than a service pack and it won’t come with as many new features as the May 2019 Update. You can expect better performance, improved notification settings, and longer battery life with the next Windows 10 feature update.

The update will fine-tune the experience with Windows 10 and it would install just like a regular monthly patch on Windows 10 May 2019 Update machines.
