Mozilla has released its last major update for its Firefox Browser, Firefox 56 which would be the last release before the company moves to Firefox Quantum expected in November. The latest release brings some major new changes to the Browser apart from the usual enhancements.
With the latest release Firefox 56, the company brings a new screenshot tool along with bringing new Send Tabs which is already available for Firefox Mobile users and has now been made available for desktop and other mobile apps also.
The Send Tabs helps users sending links to your own account in Telegram or any other messenger application and the links sent will be end to end encrypted. Another new feature is the Autofill option. The Autofill feature is currently available only for US users. Users will be able to complete online forms with multiple input fields like address fields on the shopping sites.
The data is automatically saved to Saved Addresses option which can be reused for data filling on new websites. There is also an updated preference menu and support for acceleration which now supports AES-GCM.
