Direct Download links for KB4038788 is now available for the Creators Update devices. The KB4038788 offline installer lets you advance Windows 10 to Build 15063.608. Microsoft is also rolling out the update to Fall Creators Update devices over Windows Update and it brings improvements.

As Windows 10 Build 15063.608 is a cumulative update, it brings bug fixes and performance related improvements. Microsoft hasn’t added any new features but the operating system will soon receive a major update dubbed as Fall Creators Update on October 17.

Microsoft is improving Windows 10 with the latest cumulative update. Microsoft made some changes to the OS, now the HDF feature will be turned off by default. The company has updated Internet Explorer 11’s navigation bar with the search box.

The other changes are only bug fixes. Microsoft has addressed an issue where the colour profiles do not revert to the user-specified settings after playing a full-screen game. Furthermore, the headsets will work as Microsoft has fixed some issues in Mobile Device Manager Enterprise. Earlier when there was a redirection on a folder where an issue where Windows Error Reporting doesn’t clean up temporary files but it has been fixed with today’s cumulative update.

Both Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer have been updated with bug fixes. In Internet Explorer, an issue with undo has been fixed, earlier it was broken if character conversion is cancelled using IME. Microsoft has finally fixed a bug where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge were switching between each other.

Microsoft is also releasing the security updates to Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows kernel-mode drivers, Windows shell, Microsoft Uniscribe, Microsoft Edge, Device Guard, Windows TPM, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Hyper-V, Windows kernel, and Windows Virtualization.
