We had last week reported that Microsoft has introduced some new features to its Groove Music app for Windows 10 PC and Tablet users. The update was rolled out to Fast Ring Insiders adding the most requested Equalizer feature.
This is the same update which was rolled out last week to Fast Ring Insiders and is now being made available for Release Preview ring users on Windows 10 PC and Tablets. The equalizer lets users adjust various settings in your music which can be done using the five bands manually.
Windows 10 users will also be able to set the Now Playing artist on the lock screen or wall paper. We expect Microsoft to add more new features in upcoming updates for Windows 10 PC users since the company has already stopped development of Windows 10 Mobile and is now concentrating on developing the OS for PC and Tablet users.
Due to the abandonment of Groove Music for Windows 10 Mobile, the latest update for the app is only available for Windows 10 PC and Tablet users. As reported this update is available for Insiders enrolled in the Release Ring with version 10.18011.71.10Â and we expect the company to roll out the update to all Windows 10 users in the coming weeks.
