KB4051033 Windows 10 14393.1914 Full Changelog

Microsoft has addressed an issue where screen tearing and scrambled content appear in applications when a computer is connected to three or more USB 3.0 display devices. Another issue where a service fails to start when two services operating the same account is running in the system. Microsoft explains that an error message was displayed on the screen when the issue occurred, “The service did not start due to a logon failure”, or, “A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated,” the error reads.

Microsoft has also fixed an issue where the files which are protected with Encrypting File System (EFS) may stop working during BitLocker decryption or encryption of a drive. Microsoft Office is also setting a fix where the file server that has Windows Information Protection enabled fails with the error, “Sorry we couldn’t open document xxxx”.

Microsoft has finally addressed an issue that impacted some Epson SIDM (Dot Matrix) and TM (POS) printers, which were failing to print on x86 and x64-based systems. Just like any Windows 10 cumulative update, this release too comes with some known issues where the Internet Explorer users who use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) may not be able to scroll through a drop-down menu using the scroll bar.
