Microsoft has recently introduced the Fluent design components in various Windows apps. There is an app called Translucent which is a free program available on Windows 10 that allows users to bring Fluent Design blur on the taskbar.  Best thing about the app is that you need not install the app it runs directly.

To make your taskbar transparent or translucent just download the archive from the link below and extract the zip file and double click on TranslucentTB.exe . As you click on it the app runs in the sysytem tray and allows you to make the taskbar transparent or blurred like Fluent Design. Here’s is an screenshot of the app bringing the blur on the taskbar.

And there is an option so as to allow the program to automatically launch the software when Windows starts.
