Microsoft yesterday pushed out a new and major update for its UWP OneNote app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been updated to new version 17.8241.57512.0. The latest update introduces some new features apart from the usual bug fixes to the application. 

With the latest update users can now launch multiple instances of OneNote on the desktop version of the app. This will make it possible to display more notebooks simultaneously. You can also now paste text directly into OneNote by using the function Send to OneNote.

User will now be able to see the number of unread pages and mark them as read. Users now have been given a new option in the settings which makes it easier for them to choose which pages can be kept open by use the clipboard option in the Settings.

Users will also now be able to give different names to the Note book along with different colors and can also enter the details of a meeting directly from the app. Apart from the above new features there are the usual bug Fixes and performance improvements to the application.
