As Microsoft is not updating its Lumia line-up and the company has no plan to launch new phones. There are almost no new flagship Windows Phones available for users outside USA, either they could buy the expensive HP Elite x3 or the aging Lumia phones.

Still too expensive here in our country. But at least we can (those who can afford) buy HP Elite X3, or gone cheaper as time goes: 950 XL

A French phone but NOT in Europe?

    • Mayank Parmar

Lol, yes. Not only Alcatel, many OEMs had made Windows 10 phone exclusive to the USA. And, some keeps it exclusive to Japan.
