KB4284848 for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) is now rolling out with a long list of bug fixes. The direct download links for Windows 10 KB4284848 are available on Microsoft’s Update Catalog website, and you can use the offline installer to manually upgrade the systems.

The patch for Windows 10 April 2018 Update will show up as KB4284848, and it advances the systems to Build 17134.137. Microsoft has fixed bugs and improved the performance of the OS.

Microsoft is today fixing an issue that causes the Video Settings HDR streaming calibration slider to stop working, and the compatibility issue with certain live TV streaming content providers has been also addressed.

In addition to the aforementioned fixes, Microsoft is also fixing performance regression in App-V. The company is also rolling out a fix to address the media content issues in Media Center. Microsoft has fixed issues with applications running in a container image as well.

Most of the changes included in today’s patch for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) is aimed at enterprises.

But several improvements are still worth highlighting, including a fix for an issue that caused Microsoft Edge to stop working in some cases when it initializes the download of a font from a malformed (not RFC compliant) URL.

The update includes a long list of bug fixes, including a fix for an issue with the Remote Desktop client where pop-up windows and drop-down menus don’t appear in some cases.
