While Microsoft has officially announced that Windows 10 Mobile won’t be getting the feature updates or Insider builds, the software giant will continue to test the important first-party apps on small-form-factor devices ‘Windows Phone’. Ever since Microsoft has confirmed that there are no new features and hardware planned for Windows 10 Mobile, the market share of the platform is falling across the world, but this doesn’t mean that Microsoft will stop releasing the updates.

Microsoft is today rolling out a new update to Office apps on Windows 10 Mobile devices, the updated app is only available for the Windows Phones on the Slow Ring. Microsoft is calling this update as the February feature update preview and it pushes the app version to 17.9029.

The Office PowerPoint is only getting some improvements with today’s release, you can now finally find out the user who has edited your presentation in your absence, the feature is quite similar to Facebook’s edit feature.

“Easily find out who has edited your presentation and what changes they’ve made by checking out the slides that have a green highlight,” the company explains in the changelog.

Kantar recently released statistics confirming that the Windows Phone market share is falling, with the platform approaching 0 percent sales shares in Europe. Similarly, in the United States, the market is dominated by Android and iOS devices.
