Microsoft recently introduced a new Skype application with Snapchat like features for its application on iOS and Android. The company has now released a  new update for its app for the platforms. With the latest update the company makes it easier for Skype users to now send money to friends and family members via the Paypal Integration.

The Skype team has entered in Partnership with Paypal to bring and facilitate peer to peer payments for its Users on Android and iOS across North America and Europe. The Skype team has introduced the Paypal integration for 22 countries across North America and Europe starting today.

The Paypal integration feature is only available in the latest version of Skype app on Android and iOS and users need to tap on Find tab at the top during a conversation and select Send Money add in.

Users will then be prompted to link their Paypal Account with the Skype profile for the first time. The Paypal rates will remain the same across platforms but will vary depending on the country or region the money is being transferred using the Paypal integration.
