Microsoft has released Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update to selected Windows Phones on April 25. However, the company rolled out the update in waves and many eligible Windows Phone Devices didn’t receive the update.

Only few Windows Phone Devices have received the update. However, Microsoft is now once again rolling out the Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update to more Windows Phone Devices. Lumia 640, HP Elite x3, Lumia 550, and Lumia 950 XL are now receiving the update in many countries.

If you own a carrier-locked phone from AT&T or T-Mobile, you will have to wait another week or so to get the update.

Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update Supported Phones

  • Lenovo Softbank 503LV
  • MCJ Madosma Q601
  • Microsoft Lumia 550
  • Microsoft Lumia 640/640XL
  • Microsoft Lumia 650
  • Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL
  • Trinity NuAns Neo
  • VAIO VPB051

Microsoft has noted that some phones may not be able to receive the Creators Update if the device hardware is incompatible, lacking current drivers, or otherwise outside of the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (‘OEM’) support period.

Powerful Windows Phones like Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 aren’t even part of the list. If your Windows Phone is not listed in the above list, you can read our guide to install Creators Update on any phone.
