The Restore bootloader which was not working properly has now been fixed to work properly in the latest update. However the latest update apart from fixing lot of issues from the previous version has some limitations.

The iris scanner will lot be working anymore after unlocking the bootloader on the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL due to the limitation of SecureBoot Unlock v2 since the SecureBoot removes all the policies and disables the iris scanner.

Windows Hello is also one of the other feature which is effected by unlocking the bootloader. However the developer has put forth a temporary workaround is you would need to restore the bootloader in order to make Windows Hello work again.
