Microsoft has also released Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.1884 to the non-Insiders. The Windows Phones with Anniversary Update should be able to download this update. Just like any cumulative update, this also includes bug fixes and performance improvements for all Windows Phones. At the time of writing this story, the update is rolling out but you still can’t install it because of a bug.

Your Windows Phone will successfully download Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.1884 but you won’t be able to install it as the update is broken and Microsoft hasn’t even confirmed the issue yet. You will receive error 0x8018830f when updating your Windows 10 Mobile device, and the bug has nothing to do with your phone, it rather appears to be a server-side issue.

Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.1884 comes with only one fix, the company has confirmed that it has fixed an issue where attempting to clean temporary files on the Windows Phone fails. The other changes include general bug fixes and performance.

Microsoft has also released cumulative updates for Windows 10 Mobile devices with Creators Update and Fall Creators Update. To download the update, navigate to Settings -> Security & Update -> Windows Update and check for updates.
