Microsoft is currently rolling out a new update for its Outlook for users on Android and iOS devices. With the latest update the company enables Outlook Shared Calendars with support for Office 365 Accounts.
The Outlook Shared Calendar have been available on web for users and are now been pushed out to Android and iOS platforms with Windows to receive the update in the coming days or weeks. The new update will allow users to sync all the Office 365 accounts on Android and iOS devices.
The company however confirms that users with Existing Shared Calendars on Office 365 will not be able to sync them to the Mobile app. The app will only support new shared calendars which will be created by the users after taking the latest Outlook Update.
The update makes it possible for Outlook users to sync all their Office 365 Shared calendars to their mobiles with view, edit permissions enabled. Users will also be able to share calendar and accept a shared calendar invitation from Outlook on iOS and Android.
The Outlook update was rolled out by the Redmond Giant last Friday and should be completed by 22nd Sept 2017 and made available to all Outlook Users on Android and iOS.
