Microsoft is now updating Windows Store on Windows 10 Mobile devices in the Release Preview Ring. The new update has been released to Windows Store with improvements. The last update had changed the interface of the app while today’s update brings bug fixes.
The last update for Windows Store introduced some fluent design changes. Furthermore, Microsoft had also changed the UI of the app and introduced a separate menu to add work or school account.
Today’s update mainly focused on bug fixes, the Windows Insiders are reporting that Windows Store’s performance has significantly improved. There had been glitches while opening the download and app pages but it has been fixed with the new version 1708.1001.8.0.
As Microsoft clarified before, the new update is not available to Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring. If you have the Windows Phone enrolled in the Release Preview Ring, you can download the update by heading to the Windows Store.
