We have been getting reports that Microsoft’s Band 2 is facing synchronization issues especially related to Data. The issue seems to be a server issue and is being effected for users on iOS, Android and Windows.

The problem seems to be effecting users since last evening and users are unable to synchronize the Microsoft Band 2 with the health platform. Currently we are not sure if this is a temporary issue since it is effecting users on all platforms.

We are currently not sure if Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working on a fix just yet, but we will make sure to keep you posted once the Synchronization issue is resolved. Till then if any of our Band 2 users are facing the same issue do make sure to report it to Microsoft and leave a comment below.

    I have the same problem with the original Band. Tried re-installing the app and now, when saying Logging In, it says Network Error. Same story on Microsoft Band Dashboard
