Yesterday, we confirmed that Cellular data bug prevented the release of Build 14316 for Windows 10 mobile. Today in a twitter conversation @Gabeaul informed that a new build will be released in the fast ring as soon as the bug is squashed. So Insiders will have to wait for few days before they can test the features announced at Build 2016 event in the upcoming Windows Insiders fast ring builds.
@gradea_rudolf no builds today for Mobile. We had a blocking bug in Selfhost this week, so likely next week for new Fast build.
