UK Education Department announced yesterday that it has decided to deploy Surface Book and Surface Pro Devices for its 5000 employees as they offer employees the ability to work from anywhere and enable the department to maximise the available space.

Adrian Tucker, the Chief Technology Officer has confirmed that as the UK Department of Education has seen significant Technology Modernisation over past 18 months with Surface Devices having played a big part.

The Chief Technology officer also said that they have also upgraded their PCs from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which makes it easy for them to share documents and use the Cloud. The Education Department has been using the Surface Pro 3 devices and now they have decided to add Surface Pro 4 device to its list.
