Microsoft Launcher for Android is today receiving a new and a major update with new features. The latest major update brings a set of new features and improvements. Microsoft Launcher for Android has been updated to version 4.3 and is available for all Android users.

This is the same update which was released to the Beta testers couple of weeks ago and after successful testing the features are now made available to the public version of the application.

With the latest update the company has finally added the apps grid option letting users to enable 12×12 grid layout and half grid granularity. Another new feature added is the ability to migrate the data such as layout from other launchers and backup/restore on the welcome page.

The app also now lets you drag/drop apps without entering the edit mode. The Redmond Giant has also made some UI changes with improving the app title font display & folder icon.

Dock support for more than 5 apps has also been added and the search bar by default has now been moved to the bottom.

There is also a new theme support for settings page with the settings page receiving a new restructure. Microsoft has also fixed the crash bug which occurred after the previous update and has also improved the overall performance of the Microsoft Launcher.
