Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 Build 17025 to the Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring. The build 17025 is also available for Skip Ahead Insiders and Microsoft has also confirmed that the company will be releasing new builds to Fast Ring and Skip Ahead at the same time. Windows 10 Build 17025 brings no new features but it comes with some improvements and fixes.

Microsoft has finally revamped Ease of Access settings, the company has grouped related settings together so that your device becomes easier to use and fit your needs, this also helps the user to discover the settings quickly. Furthermore, Microsoft has also improved the settings descriptions.

Microsoft recently introduced startup apps settings and the new build improves the setting, you will be able to see the tasks specified by the UWP app developer. Apart from the above changes, Microsoft is finally updating the Yahei Font used in the Chinese language, it improves the legibility, symmetry and appearance of the fonts.

The Mail & Calendar app is finally getting the Fluent Design changes with the new reveal effect, the new Fluent Design changes can be noticed in CalendarView. Microsoft has fixed an issue with some devices where it will be stuck at a black screen when the RDP is executed. Another issue where the UWP apps in mini mode would result in the taskbar appearing on top of a remote desktop session has been fixed. Microsoft Edge is also getting some fixes, the company has fixed an issue where the web pages will take a while to load after clicking on certain links. Another issue has been fixed where the Microsoft Edge browser won’t quickly respond while tabbing when the user has the screen readers enabled.

As it is a preview build, it has some known issues as well. When you will swipe on the Action Center to dismiss notifications, it won’t work, The workaround is to use the mouse, keyboard or clear all notification option. Another issue is going to affect the gamers when the game bar is activated, the mouse cursor will become unresponsive while the keyboard will continue to function so you can disable the game mode with Win + G key combination.

As we noted above, the new Windows 10 preview build is from the Redstone 4 branch and it comes with only improvements because the next version of Windows is in the early stage of development. You can expect new features and major improvements with the upcoming Redstone 4 builds as the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is now available, Microsoft is finally able to focus on the next Windows 10 release.
