Microsoft today released a new PC Build for Windows 10 Insiders in Fast Ring with version 16188. The new build is not a big featured build which contains couple of new changes apart from the usual known issues and fixes.
With the Latest Insider PC Build, Microsoft has now rolled out a dedicated Settings Page in the Settings app for its Digital Assistant Cortana. The Cortana Settings can now be configured from the Settings App which was a much needed change. This makes it easier to configure Cortana as it n o longer has its settings separated from all other settings in Windows 10.
Apart from releasing the New Dedicated Settings Page for Cortana, the company has also added in the Settings app a Ninjacat Icon in the Windows Insider Program’s section. The company is also adding a bunch of improvements to the PDF viewer in  Windows 10 and its now also has a Table of Contents feature to let you navigate your PDF files more easily.
There are number of other improvements pushed out in the latest Windows 10 Build and users can get there hands on by being a Windows Insider member in Fast Ring.
