The worlds first Gigabit LTE laptop, the NovaGo was announced at the Qualcomm’s 2nd annual tech summit at Hawaii in December 2017. However, the price and release dates were not known till now.

Almost a year ago, Microsoft shook the whole tech industry with an announcement that the made. Microsoft, in partnership with chip maker Qualcomm, announced that they would bring Windows 10 to Qualcomm’s ARM-based Snapdragon processors. No, Microsoft wasn’t talking about a toned down version of Windows like Windows RT, they were talking about the full Windows 10.

Microsoft fans were more excited since this partnership would mean something big in the future – the Surface Phone. Snapdragon processors are the ones running on most smartphones these days.

But we knew that the Surface Phone wouldn’t happen anytime soon. Instead, we got another exciting stuff from Microsoft’s hardware partners- Asus and HP.

Asus and HP announced two new products at the Qualcomm Snapdragon tech summit at Hawaii in December 2017. These were the Asus NovaGo and HP Envy x2.

Both these devices run on Windows 10 S and are powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC. The main focus of these devices is seamless connectivity and immense battery life. Microsoft says these devices will have Gigabit LTE connectivity and 20 hours of battery life.

Asus NovaGo Release Date in Europe

These devices were not ready to be sold back in December. But now Asus says that the Asus NovaGo will come to the market in early Spring of 2018 in more precise words- April 2018. This is the time we expect Redstone 4 to be released. So by April of 2018, both the hardware and software will be ready.

Asus NovaGo Price in Europe

Asus also gave a hint about the pricing of the Always connected PC. The pricing was confirmed by Asus to be 699 Euro (857$). Though a little higher than expected, the price is still good for what it offers. Obviously, a lot of research went into making this possible.
