Microsoft is only making full-fledged laptops and the company has no plan for a tablet-sized Windows 10 device, there are startups like GPD exploring new form-factor categories. Last year, GPD unveiled the Windows 10 Pocket PC with a 5.5-inch display and laptop-like specifications.

Today, GeekBuying is selling the GPD Win 5.5-inch variant with Windows 10, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and Intel Atom X7 Z8750 processor for just $374.99, the actual price of the device is $421.35.

The GPD Win comes with pretty good hardware, while the specifications are not similar to those of Microsoft Surface. If you are a gamer and want an ultra mobile-PC designed for gaming, the GPD Win is for you. The micro-size device comes with Gamepad and qwerty keyboard.

The device has all the features that you typically find on a notebook. It runs on a full version of Windows 10 operating system, meaning that you can access the desktop and Win32 applications on a 5.5-inch device. The device features a capacitive touch display that supports 1280 x 720 pixels and Intel’s HD Graphics chip with 16 execution units.

The GPD Win32 is powered by an Intel Atom X7-Z8750 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. There’s a 6700 mAh battery, which can increase the performance dynamically. The other features include support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, HDMI, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jack.
