Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is here with a lot of new features, improvements and important bug fixes. One of the useful feature introduced with the Fall Creators Update for Windows 10 is the new Emoji Picker. The new emoji picker can be accessed when you’ll press the Win + period (.) or Win + semicolon (;) to make the menu show up on your PC’s screen.

It appears that you cannot access the Windows 10’s new emoji picker in all languages just yet. You’ll need to set your Windows 10 PC’s primary language to English (United States) in order to activate the emoji picker. It is indeed a stupid decision by Microsoft, however, you can do nothing except changing your device’s language to the English United States.

As we checked on our Windows 10 devices, the Emoji Picker works when the device’s primary language is in English (United States). On the other hand, if you are a Windows Insider with Redstone 4 build, you can access the emoji picker in any country.

As we noted above, you can access the emoji picker when the key Win + period (.) is pressed. You can switch between the categories with key combination Tab/Shift+Tab, you can also change the skin colours with a button beside the close (x) button.

The emoji picker will be soon made available to all Windows 10 users regardless of the region or language. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update comes with new features such as OneDrive Files On-Demand and Windows Mixed Reality. Are you able to access the Emoji Picker in Windows 10?
