Facebook today pushed out a new update for its Windows 10 App on PCs and Tablets. The update has bumped the app to new version 140.1118.22941. The update brings many new features which are already available for the Beta App.
With the latest Facebook Update for Windows 10, the team has modified the contact search bar by introducing new effects. There is a new profile icon on the top left and the Profile icons have now be changed to Round.
The Activity Log and Update Information details have now been removed from the profile cover image and it is now possible to have a new background theme.
Another change is that now you will be able to quickly access the profile which now has a new icon on the top left. Apart from the new features, searching details on the Facebook app has been also improvements.
These are the same features that were released for the Facebook Beta app some time ago and after successful testing and positive feedback the features have finally made it to the official application of the Windows 10 Application.
