After pushing out a new update for the OneDrive app for iOS users, the company has also pushed out a new update for the OneDrive app this time for Android users. The update is a minor one and adds the much needed Sharepoint Servers  support.

Now after the latest OneDrive update Android users can now enjoy support for Sharepoint Servers 2013 and 2016. With the Sharepoint Server support users on Android will now be able to open, edit and even offline all of their most important files.

However the company also confirms that the support is compatible with Windows Authentication and Forms based Authentication. If users face any issues with operating the files then the company wants them to take the support of their IT Admins for more information.

The latest update also contains its share of bug fixes and performance improvements for the OneDrive app for Android users. The latest update is available for download in the Google Play Store and you can get it by clicking this link.
