KB4038220 direct download links are now live on Microsoft’s official website. The update brings Windows 10 Build 14393.1537. Microsoft hasn’t released the update via OTA but the offline installer is now available.
Microsoft has published the cab files and you can download them from the below links. The cab file lets you install the update without an internet connection. As sometimes windows Update is buggy, you can also use cab files to update the system.

Microsoft hasn’t published any changelog of the update but it is likely to be released later as today is patch Tuesday. The company will also roll out new cumulative updates to Creators Update devices.
