Leonardo is a painting app for the artists on Windows operating system. Today It has been updated with new features that make it more and more artist friendly. This update takes the app version to 0.13.26. The new update has fixed the marquee selections problem of the last update.

Along with that fix, there are some improvements in brushes and now you can add custom color to swatches.  Ther are smaller fixes in this update which will improve the overall performance of the app.  In Marquee Selections, the app would be finally supporting things like anti-aliasing, add/sub, polygon lasso, ellipses.

One of the most requested features was textured brushes and for that, the developers of Leonard have added a textured slider to most brushes. They have also added Jagged brush which will give users a lot of control of how the outline of the brush will look. Marker brush is also added in this version which can preserve the underlying opacity of the layer.

If you are already using Leonardo then to get the latest version of Leonardo go to Help > About panel in the current version of Leonardo and the new version will be downloaded automatically. Otherwise, you can download it’s trial here.
