Facebook today released a new update for its Instagram app on Windows 10 PC and Tablets. The new update brings the option of Direct Messaging to the application for users on Windows 10.

The Direct Messaging option now lets users share selfies and videos with your friends via Webcam for PC and Tablets. PC users can use the camera and webcam feature for direct messaging to share selfies, videos and more on Instagram for PCs and Tablets.

Facebook is yet to roll out more new options like Live Video which is currently already available on iOS and Android. It seems the company is currently working on the same and should not be too long that it will be available for Instagram app on Windows 10.
