Microsoft today released a new ROM for Visual Studio with the latest Insider Preview Build 15063. The build is supposed to be the RTM build of the Creators update for Windows 10 Mobile.
The Emulator which will allow developers to test their applications in the run up to the release of the Operating System need to download the Latest Version of Visual Studio 2015.
The Emulator lets developers test features for their apps by using the tools included in the Emulator for Windows 10 Mobile in which the developers have the option to debug and test Windows apps without using a physical device.
