Microsoft has pushed out a new update to its Next Lockscreen App for Android users. The Company has pushed out some minor improvements to the battery performance with the latest update.

The company has not introduced any new features with the update instead have fixed issues with the battery life performance for the application on Android devices. The company has provided the below changelog for the update.

Here is the full changelog:

  • Improve smart lock battery life. Next now uses Wi-Fi instead of GPS to get location to save battery usage.
  • Crash fixes.
