Lenovo today announced its new and first Snapdragon powered PC, Miix 630 a day before the CES 2018 begins. The company announced at a press event, the new Miix 630 which will be coming with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.

The company confirms that the new Miix 630 will be coming with a higher battery life and can be used up to 20 hours without having to recharge the device. This is the first Snapdragon powered Windows 10 PC announced by Lenovo which comes with an ARM chip making the device light, thin and easy to use.

The device currently weighs at 1.33 kg and has an IR camera for facial recognition for using Windows Hello to log into your device as part of security option. The company also announced that the Miix 630 is having a 256GB of storage and comes packed with up to 8GB of RAM for a 12.3 inch display size.

The device is expected to ship with Windows 10 S which helps users to download apps that come only from the Microsoft Store. Microsoft is also giving a free upgrade offer to Windows 10 S users to move to Windows 10 Pro within 180 days of product activation.

Lenovo Miix 630 is expected to be made available in the second quarter of 2018 with a starting price of $799.
