Microsoft had earlier in the day released a new Windows 10 Preview Build 16257 for Windows Insiders in Fast Ring. The company released a bunch of improvements along with some new features.

Microsoft has introduced the Fluent Design system elements into its Edge browser. The Edge Browser now has the new Acrylic Material design and has a blur effect which is not visible at the first glance and need to be looked at very closely.

Users would need to expand the tab bar to get the Arcylic material design effects viewable but only when the browser settings are set to Light as the Default theme since the Dark Theme takes away the blur effect.

The company confirmed that the Acrylic material provides depth and transparency to the tab bar and other controls. The Edge team has also improved the button animations which are now more responsive than earlier.

The design of the address bar has also undergone some minor changes to make it easier for users to edit parts of the URL and fixes have also been provided to the copying process of images.

The Edge Team has fixed problem which effected the tabs running in full screen. Microsoft Edge is expected to get more improvements with the release of the Fall Creators Update when it is officially available in September. Microsoft will be releasing these new features to all users once the company has finalized the RTM build before the public release.
