Windows 10 Build 16251 is now rolling out to Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring. Although Windows 10 Fall Creators Update development is nearing to end, Microsoft has added some improvements to the OS with this release. It brings new features, improvements and as well as some bug fixes. As Microsoft promised at Build 2017 event, Windows now lets you link your phone and PC with Build 16251.

Microsoft has enabled the ability of “linking” your phone to your PC. If you have iPhone or an Android phone, you can try out the first set of feature. The Cortana voice commands allow the users to lock, sign-out, shutdown, or turn off the PC. On a positive note, Cortana would ask you to confirm whether or not you would like to turn off your PC.

Microsoft is improving the boot up experience with this release. The Windows Update system has been updated, it finishes the setting up your device process in regular reboots and shutdowns

Microsoft Edge has got some improvements with the new build. The Edge browser will no longer re-scale sites when you will switch to the tablet mode. The websites which have responsive design (WindowsLatest for example) will have the advantage with this feature. Microsoft has finally fixed an issue where the copy link option wasn’t working when right-clicked a hyperlink.
