Earlier many users had complained that the Windows 10 updates were downloading automatically over Metered connections which affected the users final Pay Bill. This was later stopped by Microsoft it effected lot of users. But now with the Latest Insider Preview Build the Redmond Giant seems to be bringing the Automatic Download option back.
After the latest Insider Preview Build 15058 which was released last week for Fast Ring Insiders for PC’s, users will find a change in the text on the Windows Update Settings page. If you go to Windows Settings>Update & security>Windows Update you will find a Narration just below the Update settings header stating that Windows will download update over Metered Connections which would be required for Windows to run Smoothly.

Currently we are not sure as to what would be the updates which the company plans to release which are downloaded automatically over metered connections. We reached out to the Redmond Giant and awaiting information on the updates.
However since this is the Insider Preview Build the option could well change before the Official Release of the Creators Update to the Public next month. We will however keep you posted once we have any info from Microsoft in regards to the New Narration in the Windows Update Page.
