Wileyfox, a UK smartphone manufacturer that launched its Windows 10 Mobile handset called the Wileyfox Pro in 2018 is no selling the device. It looks like that the phone has run out of stock and another production run isn’t planned which apparently makes sense given that Microsoft has stopped developing the operating system.

“I do apologise we are not getting any more stock of the wileyfox pro,” a Wileyfox representative told a customer who inquired about the company’s Windows Phone availability.

For those unfamiliar, Wileyfox’s Windows Phone was supposed to be a first business-to-business (B2B) smartphone but the company launched the device for the consumers as well.

It comes with a Snapdragon 210 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, and a five-inch display featuring 2MP front-facing camera. There’s also an 8MP rear camera on board.

Wileyfox’s Windows Phone will be supported until late 2019 or mid-2020. When Microsoft ends support for Windows 10 Mobile, the Wileyfox Windows Phone will stop receiving the patches and updates.

Wileyfox was not the only company that unveiled a Windows Phone last year. As we have pointed out before, Trekstor, a German company too unveiled a Windows Phone but the plans were ultimately dropped.
