Microsoft is working on adding many new features for its Outlook Mail in upcoming updates in May and June 2018. The new update will include many new features like Bill pay reminders and more.

Microsoft is working on adding Bill payments reminder feature to the Outlook Calendar which lets you automatically track your bill payments. You will be provided with a summary of the bills to be paid at the top. This option is available for Outlook.com users which will help users to pay their bills on time since they will be receiving due date reminders to their email couple of days before the due date.

Outlook will now also be providing you with suggestions for your meeting location which would include details of used conference rooms and more. The suggestions will be based on Bing which will auto complete the meeting location. The room suggestions feature will be firstly rolling out to Outlook on iOS and then is expected to be made available for Android and Windows.

Moving forward Outlook will also help you to see the tracked responses which helps you in keeping track of the events you are supposed to attend or which have already been planned.

Outlook team is expected to add “New Meeting feature” under Response Options which lets you to allow forwarding of your calendar invitation. This feature is expected to be rolled out to Windows and Outlook on the web.

Users will also be able to edit or update the big meeting details at any time which involves reaching to more than 500 recipients at the same time. This feature is expected to be made available across Outlook.

Outlook in Windows will now let you to add up to three time zones, option which can be found under File>Options>Calendar Time Zones. This option lets you to know your meeting schedules across Time Zones.

Outlook also now adds the details of your organization directory but for user to see the organization directory the company data needs to be connected to an Azure Active Directory.

A Sync draft folder is also coming to Outlook for iOS and Android which lets users to start a message on the mobile and complete the email once you are back to your desktop table. This option is expected to be made available in Outlook for iOS in May 2018 but is already available in Outlook for Windows, Mac and Android.

Quick reply option is also being added which makes it easier to respond  in Outlook. You will be seeing a new reply box at the bottom of your screen. This option is already available in Outlook for iOS and is expected to be made available in Outlook for Android in May 2018.
