Facebook has been behind the scenes when it comes to updating its Official Facebook app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. Since the launch of the official Facebook app, the company has hardly pushed out features to its application for Windows 10 users.

The official Facebook apps on both Windows 10 PC and Mobile have not been updated for close to a year now but iOS and Android has seen regular features being pushed out to the Facebook application.

Today, in a surprise move Facebook has launched its Official Facebook Video app for Xbox One users only. The app is currently not available for Windows 10 PC and Mobile users just yet. The Video app helps Facebook users to watch their videos on the TV screens. The app also allows users to watch any other suggested videos and live streams.

The Video app lets you watch all the older videos which you have shared with your family and friends directly on your TV screens. The app also supports the Watch platform, which was launched by the Social Media giant some time ago. The Watch platform is currently available only for US audiences.

If you are a Xbox One users and would like to have more information on the Facebook Video app then you can get it by clicking https://www.facebook.com/help/videoapp. Currently there is no info if the Social Media Giant has any plans to launch the app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile users since Microsoft has already stopped supporting its mobile platform.

Depending on the success of the Video app on Xbox One, we can expect the company to make the Video app available for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile users soon.
