Microsoft Skype has teamed up with TripAdvisor and Stub-Hub to bring the travel focussed add-ins to the Skype app. These add-ins will allow users to easily plan trips without leaving the messaging app.

Skype team announced today that new TripAdvisor and StubHub add-ins are now available in Skype app. All new TripAdvisor add-in will help you to plan your next trip within the Skype app. You can share information about where to stay, places to visit, restaurant and more. After choosing your destination city you will see a variety of options for hotels, restaurants, well-known places in the area.

The StubHub add-in will help you to find various sports, concerts, theater and other live entertainment events in your area. You can also browse and share events different events using the add-in without leaving the application. StubHub add-in will also show you how many tickets are available for the event. Other Group members can tap or click the post to view the ticket listings on StubHub. For the obvious reason, you will also see the pass, venue and other related photographs in the shared card itself.

Both the add-ins can be added to a chat just by pressing the “+” button and selecting it from the list of available add-ins. Both the add-ins were designed to help with group planning or a long trip or buying tickets to see your favorite sports team or band. You can do it all of it without having to leave Skype group chat.

From deciding on a hotel to finding the perfect seats at a sporting event these add-ins will help you to plan your next trip or night out hassle-free.
